Welcome To Your Money

PenFed-Your-Money-300wWelcome to Your Money, the official blog from your credit union. We’ll be updating several times a week with tips, financial information, and the latest news from PenFed. We encourage every member to check back regularly and get to know your credit union a little better.

Your Money has been a little while in the making. We considered dozens of different names submitted by our cherished members. We ultimately chose Your Money to focus on a subject near and dear to your heart… your money. PenFed is always focused on delivering you the best, most cost-effective financial products in the market; it makes sense that our blog would equally be focused on helping you get the most from your dollar.

We’re pretty excited about Your Money. As always, we look forward to serving your financial needs.

PenFed has been an important part of my financial life since 1973. I am concerned that in the past two yrs, cost-cutting measures have reduced customer service and response time to levels that have me doing more business with another credit union. Yes…”Your Money” is a great name. Lets be sure that the personal touch is put back into the mix.
I continue to recommend PenFed for its rates but not for its previously ‘fast’ service on auto loans.

Thank you for all your years of membership, as well as your honest feedback. While we believe that our low-cost provider philosophy provides benefits for the good of all our members, we are fully committed to quality member service on each and every member interaction. I hope you give us the opportunity to demonstrate that commitment in the future.

I agree with Paul some time the custom service is just not there… Yes, your rates are some of the best in the country. however for someone that’s been a long time custom nothing different for that person. I guess “if you find a better deal take it”! went a little to far. Now, with that said I have been force to use other CUs that have a better deal.
